Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for ANZ to partner with Account Executives and customer teams in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead technical qualification for use cases, deliver customised demos, and articulate both technical requirements and business value.
In this role, you will scope PoCs, guide data ingestion strategies, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive ROI from Mixpanel analytics.
Qualifikationen
- 6+ years in a SaaS Sales Engineering or related role.
- Experience in data querying, modelling, and transformation.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses.
Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects, providing strategic consultation on data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes.
- Communicate and consult effectively at all levels of the customer’s organisation to earn trust and influence buying decisions.
- Bridge the technical-business gap—working with senior stakeholders to define success for proofs-of-concept and ensure successful execution and outcomes.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth across ANZ, serving as the key technical contact for customers.
