Job summary

Zuora is seeking a collaborative Customer Solution Engineer to join our Sydney-based team. You will guide prospects through the quote-to-cash journey, deliver compelling demos, and translate business needs into technical solutions that drive value.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, tailor use-case demonstrations by industry, address technical objections, and help customers realize measurable outcomes from their Zuora investment. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or related roles in SaaS.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with technical and exec audiences.
• Knowledge of value-based selling and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact demos and technical presentations to executives.
• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers alongside AEs.
• Develop customized use‑case demonstrations by industry and objective.
• Address objections, mitigate risk, and secure the technical win.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap with customer insights.
• Drive adoption and measurable outcomes from Zuora investments.
• Support account plans, KPIs, and cross‑functional collaboration.
