Job summary

Aikido Security is hiring an Online Sales Customer Success Specialist in Australia. You will bridge customers and our platform, drive adoption, realize value, and prevent churn as our first Customer Success Engineer in the region.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will guide onboarding, deliver trainings, and collaborate with product teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a 'get stuff done' attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
