Aikido Security is hiring its first Customer Success Engineer in Australia. You’ll bridge customers and the platform, drive adoption, ensure value realization, and prevent churn.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll own onboarding, training, and issue resolution, with weekend support rotating and strong emphasis on independent work and multi-priority management. Equity and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done".
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Engage with 'accounts at risk' to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
• Debug and resolve workflow issues.
• Drive onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.
• Participate in a rotating weekend support schedule to keep our customers covered.
