Job summary

Marsh in Adelaide is seeking a Managing Principal to lead our Corporate & Commercial team. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue, and oversee a high-performing team across accounts, broking, and client service.

You will collaborate with insurers and Marsh's national and global resources to maximise client value, while maintaining strong budgets and performance targets in a hybrid in-office role.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 FSRA accreditation, Institute membership, and NIBA practising broker status.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, legislation, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts and leading high-performing teams in insurance/financial services.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and delegation skills.
• Commitment to quality, compliance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Account Executives, Account Executives and support staff through clear communication and performance management.
• Drive achievement of team business plans, revenue targets and profit objectives with strict budget control.
• Oversee renewal and broking strategies, claims management and client retention to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with insurers and Marsh's national/global resources to maximise client value and growth.
