Marsh in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Principal Broker to join our Commercial team. The role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days a week in the office.

You will lead new business tenders and proposals, onboard clients, and design and place complex insurance programs, while building senior relationships with insurers and revenue accounts to strengthen our mid-market portfolio.

Formación

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.

Marsh is seeking an experienced broker with a strong background in account management to join our Commercial team. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Principal Broker

This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.
