Ansvar Australia, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking a Corporate Account Director for Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You will drive profitable growth in a complex corporate portfolio, combining underwriting capability with strategic account management and broker engagement.

You will develop tailored solutions for large corporate risks and lead initiatives with Product and Underwriting leadership, contributing to strategy and product development in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical underwriting or senior corporate broking.
• Strong account management skills across full lifecycle (opportunity to renewal).
• Proven stakeholder management in commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of complex corporate client accounts, delivering profitable growth and sound risk outcomes.
• Develop and implement new business and renewal strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Build relationships with brokers, customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
