Ansvar Insurance in Melbourne is seeking an SME Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across its specialist SME portfolio. You will build strong relationships with brokers, cluster groups and networks to generate volume aligned with Ansvar’s underwriting appetite.

This role offers flexible hybrid working in modern CBD offices, opportunities to influence product and service enhancements, and a culture focused on giving back and development.

Formación

• Five years of sales, relationship management or business development experience in general insurance.
• Strong broker relationship management with credibility across brokers and networks.
• Experience developing targeted growth plans across brokers, sectors and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, cluster groups and networks to drive SME volumes.
• Deliver broker training on Ansvar’s products, sectors and underwriting appetite.
• Maintain a strong portfolio-level pipeline focused on meaningful growth.
• Represent Ansvar at broker events and industry conferences as required.
• Use market engagement to identify opportunities and raise awareness of Ansvar’s SME proposition.
