Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is partnering with a national building company to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to Perth CBD. You will lead the commercial function across projects from $2m to $30m, oversee a team of Contract Administrators and Cadets, and drive robust financial and contractual controls.

In this role you will collaborate with the General Manager, Project Director and Estimating Manager, shape commercial strategy, monitor costs and variations, and challenge existing processes to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Contract Administrators and Cadets.
• Oversee commercial and contractual management across multiple projects.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor negotiations and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and financial performance.
• Work closely with the senior management team on commercial strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Promote a collaborative and accountable team environment.
