Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery of a landmark construction project in Sydney. You will oversee head contract and subcontract administration, procurement, and risk management on a $200M+ development.

Working closely with senior project leadership, you will drive commercial performance, manage variations, claims, and extensions of time, and shape commercial strategy across procurement and stakeholder engagement throughout

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator or similar role.
• Experience on major building projects, ideally $100M+ value.
• Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontract administration.
• Proven procurement, negotiations and subcontractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the commercial and contractual delivery of a major construction project.
• Managing head contract obligations, contractual correspondence and reporting.
• Leading subcontractor procurement, tendering, negotiations and contract awards.
• Administering subcontract agreements, variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and overall commercial performance.
• Identifying and managing contractual, financial and project delivery risks.
• Working with senior leadership to develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Support dispute avoidance and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure contractual compliance and governance throughout the lifecycle.
