Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is partnering with a national building company to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to Perth CBD. You will lead the commercial function across projects from $2m to $30m, oversee a team of Contract Administrators and Cadets, and drive robust financial and contractual controls.

Contracts Manager Commercial Construction | Perth CBD | National Building Company

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager ready to take the next step and make a genuine impact within a growing commercial construction business?

We are partnering with a well-established national building company to appoint a proven Contracts Manager to join its Perth management team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the commercial function, lead a team of Contract Administrators and Cadets, and contribute ideas that improve the way the business operates.

The Role: Working closely with the General Manager, Project Director and Estimating Manager, you will oversee the commercial delivery of projects ranging from $2 million to $30 million across commercial fitouts, refurbishments and new builds.

You will play a key role in leading the commercial team, maintaining strong financial and contractual controls, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop Contract Administrators.
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and introduce new ideas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
