Job summary

Aurora Project Group Pty Ltd in Perth seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to own commercial detail, lead subcontract negotiations and contribute to project decisions. You’ll work with Project Managers and Site Managers across coordination, procurement, finance, and administration, across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

We welcome a capable Contract Administrator ready to take on greater responsibility, with guidance from experienced colleagues as you develop.

Qualifications

• Senior CA with strong background in commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
• Strong drawing and specification review skills.
• Experience managing subcontracts, progress claims, variations and cost forecasting.
• Proficiency with Jobpac, Procore and 1Breadcrumb.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project coordination with PM/SM.
• Prepare, issue and track RFIs and submittals.
• Track procurement and budget against programme.
• Prepare and submit client progress claims and assess subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain document control and record minutes and correspondence.
