HENTON CONSULTING PTY LTD is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead contract management on major industrial projects valued at $70M+ in WA. The role covers procurement through close-out, with a focus on variations, claims, and subcontractor negotiations.

You will draft contracts and scopes of work, ensuring precise project administration and strong stakeholder communication across all levels. This is a pathway for advancement within a results-driven, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Commercial and/or industrial project experience ($30M+).
• Subcontractor management and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Full contract management from procurement through to close-out.
• Manage variations, claims, and procurement processes.
• Draft contracts, scopes of work, and project administration.
• liaise at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication.
