Parkview Constructions Pty in Sydney seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead head contracts, subcontracts and procurement, ensuring projects meet cost, time and compliance targets. Working with the Project Manager, you will drive performance and mentor junior team members.

You will manage procurement reviews, contractor engagement, variations and payment processes, maintain cost control, forecasting and financial reporting, and uphold WHSE and quality standards across portfolios.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role (senior level).
• Demonstrated experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney subcontractor market and commercial landscape.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities.

• Lead contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee procurement activities including tender reviews, scope preparation and contractor engagement.
• Manage subcontractor performance, claims, variations and payment processes.
• Monitor project cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.

• Support project planning by aligning procurement with construction timelines.
• Ensure contract obligations are understood and met across all parties.

• Ensure variations are documented, costed and approved in line with company processes.
• Maintain accurate document control and drawing registers.
• Mentor and support Junior Contracts Administrators and trainees.
