Job summary

Lendlease WA is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead procurement of major trade packages, administer subcontracts, assess variations and claims, and manage monthly forecasting and cost reporting on a high-profile WA project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ construction industry experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Experience managing contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance.
• Understanding of legal and commercial issues in construction contracts.
• Experience in procurement and tender processes.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and monitor costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and contractual matters; control project costs, revenues, claims, variations.
• Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Maintain knowledge of head and sub-contracts.
• Procurement of major trade packages.
• Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and cash flow statements.
• Undertake monthly progress claim reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
• Manage finalisation activities including close out and completion documentation.
