Job summary

Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead the commercial delivery of projects up to $30 million. You will manage head contract claims, variations, delays, EOTs and insurances while coordinating procurement and subcontractors.

You will build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, provide contract management advice throughout the contract lifecycle, and ensure compliance with contractual provisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial or contract management role.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced MS Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage Head Contract payment claims, variations, Notices of Delay, EOTs, site instructions & insurances.
• Procurement: RFQ preparation, evaluation and award of Supplier and Subcontractors.
• Ongoing commercial management of Subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Provide advice in Contract Management to the Project Management Team, including full contract administration support for the duration of the Contract.
• Ensure all claims are initiated effectively and maintain compliance with contractual provisions.
