Core Talent in Perth is partnering with a reputable construction business to recruit a Senior Contracts Administrator. Based in Perth, WA, this full‑time role focuses on owning the contract administration across a range of projects, working with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure contracts are managed compliantly and on time.

You will review and negotiate subcontract agreements, manage variations and EOTs, monitor budgets and risk, and mentor junior team members as part of

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or equivalent in Australian construction.
• Experience across commercial, residential, fit-out or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing variations, progress claims, EOTs and subcontractor agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen to protect project profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full contract administration lifecycle from procurement to project completion.
• Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract agreements and terms.
• Assess progress claims, variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations and awards.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance.
• Provide commercial guidance to junior team members.
