Job summary

Ausenco in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of contract and commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases.

You will manage multiple contract packages, assist with tendering and procurement, and oversee subcontract variations, progress claims, and compliance across major projects, working with Project Managers and site teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Contracts Administration or related roles on major projects.
• Experience in D&C/CM/EPCM or similar delivery environments.
• Managing multiple concurrent subcontract and supplier packages.
• Strong contractor management, procurement and commercial administration skills.
• Experience coordinating with construction, engineering and project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer and manage multiple contract packages across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Draft tender documentation and review tender packs.
• Facilitate prequalification and pre-tender compliance activities.
• Manage BOQ establishment and package development.
• Maintain contract schedules, registers and commercial tracking tools.
• Prepare subcontract variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
• Update variation registers and ensure accurate data, reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor contractor compliance, insurances and statutory obligations.
• Support negotiations and contribute to commercial decisions.
• Provide monthly contractual reporting to project leadership.
