Job summary

Amida Recruitment partners with a leading Sydney property developer builder to appoint a Senior/Contracts Administrator for large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The role oversees commercial delivery from procurement through to final account, working with Project Managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related discipline required.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and cost reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sydney-based or willing to work across Sydney construction sites; White Card required.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Commercial Management: manage subcontractor procurement, tender assessments and contract negotiations.
• Administer and manage subcontract agreements; oversee progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Provide project leadership and mentor junior team members; prepare detailed commercial reports.

Education

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related discipline
