Job summary

Amida Group is recruiting for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our client on a landmark high-rise luxury residential project on the Gold Coast and broader SE Queensland.

The role requires extensive head contract and subcontracts experience, with the ability to manage tendering, cost control and claims processes across a $50m–$100m+ high-rise development. Local market knowledge is preferred, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a Project Management or Construction Management field.
• Proven experience managing contracts on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle from tendering and award to close-out.
• Review and administer head contracts and subcontracts for compliance.
• Prepare and evaluate tender packages, including scope and documentation.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements to achieve best value.
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts with strong financial control.
• Process progress and variation claims and payment schedules.
• Assess variations and extensions of time and contractual claims.
• Maintain contract records and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and company policies.
• Support procurement activities and supplier evaluations.
• Assist in dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
• Provide regular reporting on contract performance, status and risks.
