Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) in Sydney is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead commercial activities on an integrated transport development in Parramatta, working with project leadership to optimise contract performance.

You will mentor junior commercial staff and collaborate with client and supplier teams to deliver quality commercial outcomes across head contracts and subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least seven years in construction contract administration or commercial management.
• Experience with building, civil or infrastructure contracts and subcontract packages.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and procurement.
• Effective negotiation, analysis, prioritisation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage head-contract and subcontract correspondence, notices, claims, payments, variations and time extensions.
• Support package procurement, negotiations and commercial reviews.
• Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports that inform project decisions.
