Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee commercial delivery on major road and civil infrastructure projects in New South Wales. Based in Kemps Creek, you will manage subcontract packages, control contractual risks and support cost reporting.

You will work with project and commercial leadership, guide junior staff and ensure effective supplier relationships while maintaining strong procurement and contract management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Seven years in construction contract administration or commercial management.
• Experience on major road, highway or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong Australian construction contract, procurement, commercial and subcontract management knowledge.
• Effective analytical judgement, negotiations, problem solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer package correspondence, progress payments, variations, extensions of time and notices.
• Support subcontract procurement, tender evaluation and negotiations.
• Assess claims and supporting evidence against contract requirements.
• Maintain cost forecasts and commercial reports and identify emerging contractual risks.
• Resolve commercial interfaces with engineers and construction teams and develop effective supplier relationships.
• Guide junior contracts administrators and commercial team members.
