Job summary

Transport for NSW in Sydney seeks a Manager Contract Advisory & Panel Governance on a fixed-term full-time basis up to 12 months. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of commercial and contract governance frameworks that enable consistent, compliant and value-driven contract management across Transport for NSW.
• Provide expert advice on contract establishment, performance and variations, ensuring contractual activity aligns with NSW Government procurement and probity requirements.
• Oversee panel and prequalification governance, ensuring operations are transparent, efficient and compliant, with performance oversight to support strong commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the Systems & Performance team to optimise contract management systems, data integrity and reporting.
• Develop and implement reporting and assurance mechanisms, support dispute resolution and negotiations, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen value for money and organisational capability.
• Lead, coach and develop team members and cross-functional contributors, embedding good practice and governance controls across the organisation.
