Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a creative leader to oversee contracts and asset management for critical motorway assets at Sydney operations. You will lead governance, performance frameworks and whole-of-life delivery, ensuring value for money and safety across the network.

You will build trusted partnerships with asset managers and service providers, manage complex issues, and report insights to senior leaders while driving continuous improvement in contract performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating large-scale asset contracts.
• Strong commercial judgement and governance experience.
• Ability to analyse performance trends and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight and management of contracts and asset performance frameworks for whole-of-life delivery of motorway assets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with asset managers and service providers to ensure efficient and customer-focused outcomes.
• Provide expert advice and reporting to senior leaders on risks, trends and performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with government priorities.
