Job summary

Local Government Procurement in Sydney is seeking a Contract Officer to support the delivery and ongoing management of panel arrangements. You will ensure accuracy, data integrity and consistent application, guiding councils and contractors through onboarding and lifecycle tasks.

The role covers contractor onboarding, data maintenance, document control and audit-ready record keeping, with hybrid work options and a modern Sydney CBD office.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, contract support or procurement support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a process-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain panel arrangements across their lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, deed execution, variations and updates.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and maintain accurate data across LGP systems.
