Gough Recruitment is building a talent pool of Senior Contract Administrators for upcoming roles with Perth builders and contractors across commercial, residential and fit-out construction. When a role comes up that fits, you’ll be the first person we call.

You’ll lead the commercial side of a portfolio of projects, from head contract through to final account, guiding project teams on contractual risk and mentoring junior CAs along the way.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on the builder’s side, including senior responsibility.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, contract law and WA legislation.
• Experience in managing variations, claims and disputes to good commercial outcomes.
• Strong experience with construction project management software and reporting tools.
• Confident negotiation and leadership skills.
• Current driver’s licence and White Card.
• Full Australian working rights.
