JV Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a 12-month contract in Glen Waverley, VIC. You will lead end-to-end contract administration, subcontractor procurement, and financial management for a $15M retail development, with scope to transition into a permanent role.

You will manage variations, payments, and reporting, while building strong relationships with trade contractors and clients. On-site role with opportunities to grow into project management.”

Formación

• Proven track record in senior contract administration or senior contract management within Australian commercial construction.
• Experience managing major commercial developments including basements and structural packages.
• Proven procurement, contract negotiation, and end-to-end financial/progress claim management.
• Strong numerical, analytical and negotiation capabilities with commercial acumen.
• In-depth understanding of head contracts, subcontract agreements, and security of payment legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end contract administration and commercial management for a $15M retail project.
• Procure, negotiate and finalise subcontractor agreements and supply contracts.
• Assess, process, and certify progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete reporting; manage financial variations.
• Identify commercial risks, scope gaps and potential overruns early.
