JV Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator for a full-time role in Melbourne to own commercial delivery across refurbishment, civil, and institutional works. You will work with Project Managers and Operations Managers to manage procurement, subcontracts, and cost control on diverse projects.

• 2+ years of contract administration in Australian commercial construction.
• Experience across refurbishment, civil, or institutional projects.
• Strong understanding of SOPA and procurement schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore, HammerTech, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement and trade letting with minimum 3 price quotes.
• Draft and manage Subcontracts and purchase orders in Procore.
• Administer head contracts, EOTs, variations, and notices per SOPA.
• Certify subcontractor progress claims with cost-to-complete metrics.
• Prepare monthly progress claims with Project Manager.
• Drive monthly job costing and cost reporting; highlight risks.
• Review design docs for cost and programme implications.
• Maintain records in Procore and HammerTech; track safety docs.
• Coordinate with Site Managers on programming and deliveries.
• Build relationships with trade contractors, suppliers, clients.
