Job summary

Davidson is partnering with a Federal Government agency to appoint an experienced Content & Capability Lead for a national program. The role focuses on turning complex policy and evidence into clear, accessible resources for frontline workers in sensitive environments.

You will lead the development of digital content, toolkits and learning resources, while managing governance, quality assurance and multiple projects with strict deadlines. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in content development, capability, knowledge management and learning design.
• Ability to translate policy, evidence and user needs into practical resources.
• Strong governance, QA and content lifecycle management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management.
• Experience with user-centred design, accessibility or co-design.
• Senior-level judgement and independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve digital resources, toolkits, guides and learning materials.
• Translate complex policy and user needs into practical, easy-to-use content.
• Manage online resource libraries and digital knowledge products.
• Establish content governance, quality assurance and review cycles.
• Apply user-centred, accessible and co-design principles.
• Manage external vendors and creative service providers.
• Use feedback and insights to improve resources and identify needs.
• Lead multiple content and capability projects with competing priorities.
