Job summary

Levyl is seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional to lead a significant frontline capability program and drive talent, learning and capability priorities across the business. The role focuses on assessment, resource mobilisation and site readiness, with governance and momentum through to implementation.

You will partner with People & Culture, operational leaders and site teams to translate capability requirements into action, while leading talent reviews and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex people programs across multiple sites.
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders and operations teams.
• Ability to translate capability needs into practical action plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan with milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate site assessments and readiness across multiple locations.
• Mobilise resources to support successful program delivery.
• Coordinate induction, training deployment and broader learning activities.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of regional training resources.
• Establish governance and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and site teams to translate capability requirements into action.
• Lead talent reviews and leadership development initiatives.
• Contribute to broader organisational development and capability programs.
