Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge resources, toolkits or capability-building content.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical, user-friendly resources.
• Proven experience collaborating with subject matter experts and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Curate and expand a library of learning resources and digital content for capability development.
• Develop and maintain templates, guides, checklists, fact sheets, and decision-support tools.
• Ensure resources are accessible, trauma-informed and aligned with best practice.
