Seek is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multi-site delivery in South East Queensland from our Sunnybank base. You will lead Project Managers and Site Managers, drive programmes, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality across commercial/industrial projects.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and report to the Director on progress, risks and improvements. A strong track record in commercial/industrial construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management, delivering commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, budgets and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and construction teams.
• Oversee programmes, resourcing and milestones across multiple projects.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and project performance to protect commercial outcomes.
• Identify risks early and resolve design, sequencing and delivery challenges.
• Drive safety, quality and site presentation standards.
• Build productive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work with the Director on reporting, forward planning and improvements.
• Oversee project handovers, defect resolution and close-out.
