Now Careers is seeking a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join a well-established construction team delivering a major $60M industrial/commercial project in Brisbane. You will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager, supported by a full site team, to deliver quality outcomes without building a team from scratch.

The role offers exposure to a substantial project with a structured support framework, focusing on programme delivery, procurement, and stakeholder

Competenze

• Experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Background as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

• Managing project programmes, costs and procurement.
• Overseeing contract administration, variations and progress claims.
