Job summary

Wurf Resourcing is seeking a Site Manager for a Beaudesert-based commercial/industrial warehouse project in Queensland. The role covers a 3–4 month structural rectification on an existing warehouse, followed by 12–24 months of new build and capital works on the same site.

The ideal candidate will be trade-qualified with a QBCC Supervisors license and demonstrated ability to manage client relations on a live site, coordinating across stakeholders and trades.

• Exceptional client, communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience on live commercial/industrial sites is preferred.

Site Manager - commercial / industrial warehouse.

This is a permanent or contract position for a commercial build Site Manager to work for a quality Builder synonyms with the Queensland commercial construction market, having been in operation for more than 50 years.

Situated in Beaudesert, you will commence on a $3M structural rectification project (3-4 months) of an existing warehouse which then leads into a further 12-24 months of new build and capital works projects on the same site.

We are looking for a Site Manager with exceptional client, communication and collaboration skills. The wider site operates in a ‘live’ environment setting and with the opportunity to extend works for a considerable period, the ability to foster and strengthen client and stakeholder relations is essential.

Preference will go to individuals able to travel to or reside in the Beaudesert area, and can represent an impressive portfolio of works associated with commercial, structural refurbishment and industrial markets. You will need to be trade qualified and possess a QBCC Supervisors or relevant Builders License.
