Job summary

Q Design and Construct (QDC) is seeking a high-level Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial projects in Western Australia. You will drive planning to execution, oversee site supervision, safety, procurement and cost management, and ensure adherence to standards and client goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving across design, planning and execution stages in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of successful project management experience in overseeing D&C projects up to $75M.
• Large scale Industrial and Commercial projects in the last 5 years.
• Proficient knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership in safety management.
• Proven track record in effective relationship management.
• Ability to make balanced decisions on risk and reward.
• Qualification in engineering, construction and/or project management, or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of design, planning, procurement, contract admin, and construction programs.
• Drive projects with complex D&C scopes across regional logistics and brownfields environments.
• Ensure cost control, value delivery, and client-focused solutions throughout the project.
• Foster a strong safety culture and enforce engineering standards and environmental considerations.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
