This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Service Leads and frontline teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As a key operational leader, you will oversee service delivery across a range of settings, including community hubs, respite services, customer homes, and community-based supports. You will be accountable for operational performance, financial management, workforce planning, quality outcomes, and compliance.
The successful candidate will support person-centred practices, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality support that promotes independence, choice, and inclusion. You will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance, managing risks, and driving service excellence across your portfolio.
