Job summary

MUFG Pension & Market Services in Melbourne seeks an experienced Client Delivery Manager, Commercial to own key client contracts and lead commercial relationships across our Retirement Solutions portfolio. You will be a trusted commercial partner, responsible for contract management, delivery governance and revenue outcomes in a highly regulated superannuation environment.

Working with Client Delivery Executives and senior internal stakeholders, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing

Qualifications

Extensive experience in the superannuation industry with a focus on commercial roles.
Proven ability to manage commercial contracts and ensure service delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and manage client contracts, ensuring obligations are understood and delivered.
Manage commercial relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure delivery of services.
Coordinate work across teams to drive accountability and outcomes.
Lead contract variations, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation to minimise leakage.
Analyse profitability and service performance, reporting to senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through new services and transformation.
Support governance, risk, compliance and service quality in a regulated environment.
