Job summary

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading project and commercial management across engineering or infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, WIP and financial reporting.
Experience reviewing, negotiating and administering professional services or construction contracts.
Ability to develop and implement commercial processes, governance and project controls.
Strong analytical skills to identify risks, variances and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Lead project commercial management, including scope, schedule, cost and risk controls.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, WIP, revenue and margin for programs.
Review, negotiate and administer professional services and construction contracts.
Establish governance, reporting, and project controls across the organisation.
Analyse project performance and drive corrective actions with project leaders.
