Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in superannuation and/or defined benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of superannuation legislation and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process defined benefits and related activities within SLA.
• Perform daily work queue sweeps to ensure items are completed.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and colleagues to achieve team objectives.
• Escalate IT or cross-area issues within 24 hours of identification.
• Manage and track customer requests and regulatory obligations.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency targets.
• Maintain up-to-date procedural documents and data records.
• Engage with internal and external clients as required.
