Qantas Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst for the Digital and Customer Experience function. You will develop commercial insights and reporting across Digital and Customer Operations, supporting long- and short-term strategies.

Qualifications

Degree-level qualifications in applied statistics or related field.
Extensive experience extracting/manipulating large data sets with SQL (Teradata preferred).
Turn raw data into actionable insights with proven success.
Analytical/problem-solving with strong commercial acumen.
Proficiency in PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
High computer literacy with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and data extraction from IT systems.
Prepare analytical reports, presentations and budget inputs.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPIs across Digital and Purchase portfolio aligned with group strategies.
Conduct complex analytical work including operational/financial modelling.
Source insights, coordinate reports and develop solutions with senior stakeholders.
Lead analysis to identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes across Qantas Group.
