Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to maintain and improve Digital Platforms for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver enhancements and manage day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on analyzing product queries, developing insightful reports, and ensuring newly delivered features function in production environments. Collaboration and documentation are key to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using global distribution systems (GDS) technology, preferably Amadeus.
• 5+ years of experience working in travel industry, digital or operations support.
• 2+ years of experience in digital products and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of Digital Platforms and Products within the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account.
• Develop reports to provide insights on trends and opportunities informing the product roadmap.
• Investigate, track and resolve technical product and software issues, including defects and documentation.
