Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand in Sydney is seeking a senior Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of technology managed services. Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery and managed services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Own end-to-end service delivery with strong SLA/KPI focus.
• Design and run service governance with dashboards and reviews.
• Communicate with senior leaders and product owners effectively.
• Demand and portfolio coordination across teams.
• Experience in regulated industries with audit/compliance focus.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and balancing stability with speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance cadence: service reviews, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate workload across application groups and dependencies.
• Manage major incidents and post-incident reviews for improvements.
• Oversee patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities with compliance.
• Promote modern delivery practices and automation to improve throughput.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into delivery plans.
