Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a senior Technical Delivery Lead in Australia to orchestrate end-to-end modernization programs, migrating legacy applications to AWS and retiring old platforms.

You will steer AI-led, human-in-the-loop delivery across analysis, transformation, data migration and testing, coordinating client stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to meet milestones and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading delivery on large-scale modernization and cloud migration programs in complex environments.
• Hands-on delivery leadership modernising legacy applications across refactor, replatform, re-architect, or retire paths.
• Experience delivering to AWS as a target platform with knowledge of landing zones, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an assigned group of applications across the full modernisation lifecycle.
• Plan and sequence delivery around technical dependency chains at portfolio scale.
• Manage delivery against milestones and acceptance criteria with evidence for each stage gate.
• Lead AI-led, human-in-the-loop delivery model with agentic tooling and governed reviews.
• Drive quality and assurance gates including NFR testing, security, and parity testing.
