Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Australia is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to join the Electrophysiology Team in Sydney. You will provide expert procedural support for complex electrophysiology cases, train and mentor field staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and technologists to optimise patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a health science or biomedical engineering background, at least 3 years in a clinical role, EP hardware/software knowledge, and IBHRE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology.
• EP Cardiac technician background; IBHRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize outcomes.
• Troubleshoot product issues to keep procedures running smoothly.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations to healthcare professionals.
• Support sales by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating value.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.
