Johnson & Johnson is seeking a confident Product Specialist to join the Electrophysiology team in Adelaide, SA. You will partner with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of innovative EP technologies and deliver education programs that enhance clinical capability across Australia.

This full-time role offers a dynamic environment, opportunities to influence cardiac care outcomes, and a path to build deep expertise in a fast-evolving field.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success in healthcare, hospitals or EP labs.
• Knowledge of EP procedures and technologies preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to South Australia. If applicable, open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory with a bold sales plan and strategy.
• Hunt for new business at hospitals and EP labs, opening new accounts.
• Win competitive conversions by demonstrating clinical and commercial value.
• Build trust with electrophysiologists, cath lab leaders, procurement and other decision-makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle with a strong pipeline, forecasting and closing.
• Coordinate case coverage and product education with Clinical Specialists.
• Share competitor intelligence and customer insights to sharpen strategy.
