The role involves leading in-field training, collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes, and representing the company at industry events. A strong clinical background and autonomous leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in health science or biomedical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and cardiac devices.
• Ability to work autonomously with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmias.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues to keep procedures running smoothly.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback for future development.
• Support sales by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product value.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.
