Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to join the Electrophysiology Team in Sydney, delivering expert case coverage and clinical training. You will work with Sales & Marketing to drive opportunities and enhance patient outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in a clinical setting, EP knowledge, and a track record of adopting new technology. A strong emphasis on leadership and autonomous work is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
• EP Cardiac technician experience or IBHRE certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years in a clinical role with electrophysiology knowledge.
• Experience with arrhythmias, catheters, and related hardware/software is preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teams and adopt новых technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmias.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams, ensuring peak performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot product issues quickly to keep procedures running smoothly.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations to healthcare professionals.
• Support recalls, complaints, and feedback for future development.
• Assist sales by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product value.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.
