Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Australia seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to support electrophysiology cases and mentor rising clinicians. You will work with the Electrophysiology Team to drive clinical adoption and ensure excellent patient outcomes while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a Health Science or Biomedical Engineering degree, 3+ years in a clinical role, and current IBHRE alignment. Australia work rights required; Sydney-based, on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering required.
• EP Cardiac technician experience with IBHRE recommended or current with manager within 12 months.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical role.
• In-depth understanding of EP and catheters.
• Signed off and expert in arrhythmias, hardware and software.
• Strong leadership with ability to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of adopting new technology and achieving >85% recert/ASTM.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, including complex arrhythmias.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams to maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and technologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly to keep procedures on track.
• Drive product adoption by demonstrating innovations and benefits to clinicians.
• Assist with recalls, complaints and feedback to inform future development.
• Support sales efforts by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product value.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences, sharing expertise.
