Job summary

Sensiba LLP in Australia is seeking a Senior Client Success Specialist to manage a GRC client portfolio across APAC. The role combines client relationship leadership with renewal lifecycle ownership, in a cross-functional setting involving Delivery, Audit, and Sales teams.

You will drive onboarding, audit readiness, and process improvements while supporting HubSpot and Salesforce workflows to ensure consistent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role, ideally within a professional services, audit, or compliance environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with proposal contracting, engagement tools, and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute a Customer Success strategy for a designated GRC portfolio across APAC/EMEA.
• Own full renewal lifecycle and retention revenue for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Audit, Sales, and Tech teams to improve service delivery and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and audit readiness for clients across SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR frameworks.
