Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Client Partner to join our Sydney team on a major long-term project. This hybrid role balances client relationships, project management, production and stakeholder coordination from Sydney, with 2 days onsite at Homebush West and the remainder remote.

You will drive briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the team delivers high-quality output for a senior client. Collaboration with the local and broader consultancy network is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management, client services or project management.
• 3–5+ years in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build deep client relationships and translate needs into briefs.
• Own timelines, budgets, scope, and quality from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with senior executives, government partners, suppliers, and external teams.
• Proofread and safeguard output before client delivery.
• Support broader consultancy clients and help grow the Sydney office.
